This time we received two flats of tomatoes that are so beautiful I just couldn't stand to watch rotten.
So I put my mind to work and figured out how to make sauce to freeze and thats after we gave bag fulls if these away.
Aren't they geogous. I put my thinking cap on and got a knife and starting cutting these little guys in a pot with sugar, salt and a bit of oregano and there you have it.
It's the best sauce. The natural flavors of the tomato is un real. Here's my sauce. I left the skin on well because they are so small I couldn't imagine skinning them too.
Now its time for chicken catchatoire or some spaghetti 🍝 . 🤔 The rest is up to our taste buds. I thinknI may make one more batch tomorrow. 🫡
